Its finally happened!!

We finally sold our house! We signed on it yesterday. We have been so strapped trying to sell, it is such a relief to have it gone. No more utility bills no more house payment no more lawn maintenance. It truely is a good feeling. Doe this mean any more money in our pockets? No, not really. I'm sure we'll find a way to spend any excess. We will singlehandedly bring the economy back to life.
